By leveraging our cutting-edge technology, alongside a deep comprehension of modern engineering principles, we optimise field data and observations, fostering innovative outcomes and solutions.About the RoleADG is currently seeking an Engineer to join our Asset Advisory Team located at our Gold Coast practice. Reporting to the Director Asset Advisory, the purpose of the role is to ensure investigations, reports and designs are innovative, prepared to a high standard and are in accordance with ADG Asset Advisorys standards to meet client requirements, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.You will also be responsible for undertaking varied engineering tasks and site investigations as part of the Asset Advisory team, through specifying testing requirements, interpreting test results, analysing structures, and determining innovative remedial solutions.This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic and driven individual to step into a role which offers great potential for growth and development working on a diverse selection of secured major projects to accelerate ADGs growth and expansion in the market.QualificationsEligible for membership of Engineers Australia or equivalentIdeally holds RPEQ/CPEng status or is close to attainingSkills & KnowledgeTypically, 6-10 years of structural design experience with exposure to forensic or remedial services.Developing competency in the forensic process, liaising with asset owners, and providing technically sound advice.Chartered member (CPEng) of Institute of Engineers AustraliaRegistered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ)Strong understanding of Australian design codes and standardsDemonstrated experience at a senior level of project design and commercial outcomes for projectsExperience in writing tenders and proposals, leading projects and communicating with clientsAn innovative and out of the box attitude to solutions and designsExcellent communication and teamwork skillsDesire to develop their own team and client baseDesire to win work with support from the ASA TeamWhats in it for you?ADG values your professional development and will offer you exposure across all facets of design and project delivery to expand your skillset.
