Position Overview Colead the management of Specialist Clinics and Outpatient Pathology services, supporting coordination of nursing activities and related services to ensure highquality patient care aligned with organisational strategic objectives. If the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) is absent, the ANUM will assume responsibility for operational management of Specialist Clinics and Outpatient Pathology. Key Responsibilities Colead the management of Specialist Clinics and Outpatient Pathology services. Coordinate nursing activities and related services to ensure safe, effective, and patientcentred care. Assume leadership responsibility in the absence of the NUM. Develop and implement strategies to streamline workflows and enhance service delivery. Support initiatives that improve patient experience across outpatient pathology and specialist clinics. Contribute to quality, safety and continuous improvement portfolios. Qualifications and Experience Registration as a Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration. Advanced communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel. Experience in staff management and leadership. Experience managing quality portfolios. Wound care management experience. Performance development and/or leadership experience. Remuneration Reimbursement as per Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2024-2028. ANUM Year 1 (Y0W11): $116,911.60 (fulltime equivalent prorated for part time); ANUM Year 2 (YW12): $120,848.00 (fulltime equivalent prorated for part time), dependent on candidate experience.
