Day rate $1100- $1300 inclusive Hybrid working in Melbourne or Sydney Experience with APO, CSM, ITSM, and also S2P is beneficial The Opportunity Are you an experienced Technical Architect with strong experience with ServiceNow and a passion for digital transformation? We are seeking a high-caliber leader to join one of Australias most prominent retail and hospitality groups on a 12-month contract , they have offices in Melbourne (Richmond) and Sydney (Barangaroo). You will play a pivotal role in a transformation program. You will lead the technical vision for the platform, with a specific focus on leveraging ServiceNow App Engine to deploy and manage custom, AI-powered business applications and workflows at scale. The Role Architectural Leadership: Own the end-to-end technical architecture for a high-visibility ServiceNow program. App Engine Innovation: Lead the design and delivery of custom applications using App Engine, transforming legacy manual processes into modern, low-code/AI-driven workflows. Technical Governance: Set the standards for platform integrity, ensuring all solutions follow best practices, are upgrade-ready, and align with enterprise security protocols. Stakeholder Engagement: Translate complex technical requirements into actionable roadmaps for senior business leaders and project stakeholders. About You Extensive ServiceNow Expertise: Proven experience as a Technical Architect on large enterprise-grade ServiceNow implementations. Technical Skills: Experience with ServiceNow APO (Accounts Payable Operations), ITSM (IT Service Management) and CSM (Customer Service Management) S2P (Source-to-pay) would be beneficial. App Engine Proficiency: Deep hands-on experience with ServiceNow App Engine , including Studio, Flow Designer, and building custom LCNC applications. Large Program Experience: You thrive in "very large" programs where scalability, integration, and performance are critical.
