About the role Were currently seeking a Session Leader to join our team at the DMU2 Strathpine Donor Centre. Reporting to the Donor Centre Manager, youll provide operational oversight to ensure that the endtoend donation experience runs efficiently with no compromise on quality or safety. As a Session Leader, youll provide direction, inspiration and support for your team to achieve common goals and foster team effectiveness, as well as managing tough issues with respect. Youll value selfawareness and reflect on your own strengths and areas for development, making you an even stronger leader. A day in the centre could see you: Deliver a supportive and safe experience to our amazing donors Develop and coach teams Physically insert and remove needles to collect donations Act as the first point of contact for any complex donor assessments Provide clinical oversight to team to ensure phlebotomy success Show pride in upholding our high safety and quality standards Sound interesting?
