Key Responsibilities Portfolio Management Develop and execute product roadmaps aligned with business, dealer, and customer needs Build business cases for new suppliers and new product introductions Improve processes to support efficiency and customer experience Coordinate wholesale and retail marketing content for your categories Work with Sales to grow market share and product visibility Maintain strong relationships with dealers to understand current and emerging market needs Collaborate with Parts Purchasing on strategic portfolio development Monitor margin performance to meet revenue and profitability targets Manage product inventory to minimise excess and obsolescence Benchmark competitors and global CNH portfolios to ensure competitiveness Oversee full lifecycle management from concept and forecasting to obsolescence Rationalise underperforming vendors to strengthen purchasing power Stakeholder & Relationship Management Define stocked product lines in partnership with internal and external stakeholders Work closely with Retail Marketing to ensure strong product positioning Collaborate with Pricing on pricing strategy and maintenance Partner with brands on new product introductions and stocking levels Maintain open communication with Sales, Field Teams, and Product Support Experience Required Strategic and commercially minded professional who thrives in a crossfunctional, fastmoving business Demonstrated success in launching or expanding product lines Experience managing multiSKU product portfolios, ideally in a global industrial or aftermarket environment Background in product management, product marketing, or sales (agricultural or construction parts desirable) Proven ability to grow market share and drive profitability Strong communication and stakeholdermanagement skills Ability to work independently and adapt to evolving market needs Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Tertiary qualifications in Business or Marketing (preferred but not essential) About Us CNH is a worldclass equipment and services company dedicated to advancing the noble work of agriculture and construction workers.
