We are seeking a passionate and experienced Centre Director to lead our 90-place Exceeding NQS service in Bondi Junction. As the Nominated Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in the successful opening and daytoday operations of the centre, helping to establish a highquality early learning environment from day one. You are a People Leader you know how to get the best out of your team for the ultimate benefit to children and families. About you ACECQA Approved Diploma/Teaching Degree in Early Childhood Education. Experience with staff development & leadership, experience in a similar role advantageous. Strong knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS), ability to develop a QIP. Outstanding level of verbal and written communication. Strong computer skills. Current First Aid, CPR, Child Protection, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates. Current Working with Children Check.
