Customer Services Officer Phone Based role (Start Now) Client: Community Care NFP Location: Joondalup, Perth WA (free parking, close to transprt links) Type: Full-time (initially temp cover) Overview This is a phone-based Customer Services Officer role within a small team of six in a community care organisation. Youll be the first point of contact for customers, families, and staff, providing information and coordinating services across aged care, disability, nursing, allied health, and social support. The role is customer-focused and values empathy, clear communication, and problem-solving. Key Responsibilities Answer and resolve calls with a strong customer first approach Build rapport with customers and families, including those who may be uncertain and require support Coordinate support services to match customer needs and support worker skills Accurately record information in the CRM and other systems About You Call centre experience (inbound/outbound preferred) Available MondayFriday between 6am6pm (38 hours a week) Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills Comfortable using MS Office and CRM systems Experience in aged care or disability is helpful but not essential Flexible work options Supportive, values-driven community care environment Requirements Full Australian work rights Recent Police Clearance (within 6 months) Able to apply NDIS Worker Screening Check Flu Vaccination required (mandated for this sector) #J-18808-Ljbffr
