Join a brand experiencing great success! Were seeking a commercially driven and strategic Head of Planning to lead the planning function for a dynamic and fast-paced womenswear business. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for delivering profitable growth through best-inclass planning, forecasting, and inventory management. Reporting into the General Manager, youll combine sharp analytical thinking with strong commercial instinct, partnering closely with Buying, Merchandising, and Finance to optimise sales, margin, and stock performance across channels. Key responsibilities Develop and own the financial and inventory strategy aligned to company objectives Lead seasonal planning, OTB management, forecasting, and trade analysis Drive sales, margin, and stock KPIs through actionable insights and strategic decisionmaking Identify risks and opportunities, proposing clear recovery and growth plans Partner with Buying to shape balanced, commercially focused ranges Optimise stock flow, intake, and exit strategies to maximise fullprice sellthrough Lead, mentor, and develop a highperforming planning team Champion continuous improvement in systems, reporting, and planning processes Qualifications Significant experience in senior planning leadership within fashion retail (womenswear an advantage) Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of driving profit and managing large OTBs Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear strategy Experience across retail and/or omnichannel retail environments Confident stakeholder management with the ability to influence at executive level Inspirational leader with a collaborative and empowering management style Highly organised, resilient, and adaptable in a fastpaced environment On offer is the opportunity to join a truly successful and secure business, having just experienced their best year to date.
