Job Description We are seeking individuals with a professional background inOccupational Therapyinterested in working in the Occupational Rehabilitation sectorand being part of our tight knit team in Morwell, Victoria. Youll be joining a high performing multidisciplinary team in Morwell that genuinely supports one another. In this diverse role as a Rehabilitation Consultant, youwill enjoy the flexibility and autonomy to manage your own day. You willhavethe support of a strong, close team of driven and energetic healthcare professionals with the backing and resources of a global corporate infrastructure. Providing occupational rehabilitation services to clients with a range of conditions, both physical and psychological and supporting them to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes. Some of your day to day includes: Case management (caseloads are manageable, and our consultants have the support of Rehabilitation Assistants toalleviate administrative tasks) Applying your clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes Working with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs Working collaboratively with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals Completinga variety of assessments using your clinical and discipline specific allied health skills, such as Functional Capacity Evaluations,Worksite Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments. Qualifications Our new team member will have: A qualification in Occupational Therapy Registration withAustralian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Strong communication skills to build and develop relationships Excellent time management skills - be ableto work autonomously as well as within a team environment A desire to problem solve with the confidence to be innovative, use their initiativeand achieve results A passion for injury prevention, return to work, and the associated health benefits Energy and drive to grow our services A current drivers''license and access to their own vehicle Additional Information Every day,we seek better together,for our clients, our customers, our community and each other.
