About the Role An exciting opportunity exists for a Business Development Manager to lead a strategically important territory covering Adelaide CBD, Glenelg, the Eastern suburbs and the Riverland. This role has a strong on premise focus, with opportunities to grow in pubs, clubs, racing and hotel groups. There are also key retail and hybrid customers. Youll play a pivotal role in driving distribution, activation and visibility across pubs, clubs, major venues and banner groups, while building new business pipelines in a fast moving market. Key Responsibilities Own and grow a diverse territory with a strong on premise emphasis Develop strategic relationships with key accounts, buying groups and venue operators Deliver in field execution across distribution, promotions, activations and staff engagement Identify and convert new business opportunities within the territory Execute national and state sales strategies to achieve annual targets Plan and manage an effective journey plan to maximise time in market Maintain high standards of reporting and administration About You You are a driven, relationship led sales professional who thrives in the field and enjoys owning your patch. Youre organised, self motivated and comfortable working autonomously while collaborating closely with your leader and peers. You bring energy, resilience and genuine pride in delivering great outcomes our business and your customers. You''ll be able to demonstrate: 23+ years experience in liquor (wine preferred) or FMCG field sales Proven success managing on premise accounts and complex customer groups Commercially minded with strong negotiation and presentation skills Organised, resilient and motivated by growth and relationship building Passion for wine, hospitality and premium brand execution A current drivers licence and willingness to travel within your region Why Join Us?
