Join our engineering team as a Process Engineer, reporting to the CI & Process Engineering Manager and supported by a group of experienced engineering professionals, youll identify, implement, and deliver continuous improvement, cost optimisation and process efficiency solutions across the site.Key responsibilities include:Demonstrate improvements in process efficiency, reduce waste, and improve reliability across production systems.Reduction in downtime and resolution of recurring production issues through effective process troubleshooting.Timely and cost-effective delivery of capital and process improvement projects.Implementation of engineering solutions that contribute to long-term business goals and CI (Continuous Improvement) culture.Compliance with all SHE (Safety, Health & Environment), regulatory, and corporate standards.Positive engagement with operations team on facilitating process changes, coaching, and training initiatives.About your experienceCandidates will ideally be qualified as a Chemical Engineer (or relevant Engineering Discipline), with prior experience in food / chemical manufacturing or a similar industry.
