We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Rail Designer to join our Perth team. As our client portfolio grows across the resources, energy and industrial sectors, this position will help support and expand our engineering and design capabilities. This a great opportunity for a talented and passionate Designer with Rail experience to be part of a supportive and collaborative team. Our civil and hydrology teams deliver a full suite of civil services including bulk earthworks design, roadwork design, stormwater design, utility services design, traffic engineering, rail and heavy haul rail engineering, and contract management. We specialise in optimising bulk earthworks and provide design, documentation, and construction support services on all aspects of road infrastructure. Responsibilities Undertaking Rail design tasks from concept through to construction and supporting commissioning of projects as required. Assisting with identifying new work opportunities, undertaking, and providing inputs into development of new project scopes and estimates. Assisting in preparation and or coordinating of visualisations and animations to support project scopes Heres what youll need High level of experience and ability in use of applicable engineering design systems and software (including 12d, Microstation, AutoCAD) Ability to communicate openly with your team to promote transparency and lead by example Why Join Us?
