Job Description We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant with exceptional organisational and client service skills to support our highperforming Industrial team based in Melbournes northwest. Working from our Essendon Fields office, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of a dynamic, fastpaced team. In this role, you will provide dedicated executive support to the National Directors and senior team members, assisting them across a range of strategic, operational, and clientfocused activities. Key Responsibilities Preparing, formatting, and coordinating client presentations, submissions, and pitch documents Developing internal and external reports across multiple formats Managing core administrative tasks, including invoicing, expenses, and travel arrangements Coordinating client and team meetings, events, and key functions Managing daytoday client interactions and ensuring exceptional service at every touchpoint Overseeing busy calendars, monitoring inboxes, and actioning or prioritising tasks on behalf of senior leaders Maintaining accurate and uptodate records within the internal client database Qualifications This position offers strong potential for growth and suits an administration professional who is passionate about supporting senior leaders and contributing to a highperforming commercial environment. A proactive mindset, eagerness to learn the operations of the Industrial team, and commitment to delivering outstanding support will be essential.
