To find out more visit our website at **.****Full Time | 6-Month Fixed Term (Potential to Extend) | Sydney**Were seeking a detail-driven Talent Acquisition Administrator to manage pre-employment compliance to join our national Talent Acquisition Team supporting multiple recruiters across the business.As the Talent Acquisition Administrator, you will take ownership of all pre-employment checks once candidates progress from interview stage through to commencement. Youll be responsible for coordinating, tracking and validating mandatory requirements, ensuring compliance milestones are met and records remain audit-ready at all times.**About the role:**Duties include but are not limited to:* Manage and coordinate all pre-employment checks including police checks, licences, certifications, right-to-work documentation, medicals (where required), and role-specific compliance.* Proactively follow up with candidates to ensure timely completion of requirements.* Validate the accuracy and completeness of documentation prior to offer and commencement.* Act as the primary point of contact for compliance-related candidate queries.* Proactively follow up with candidates to ensure timely completion of requirements.**About you:**If you are someone who has previously worked in Administration, Compliance or a customer service role and thrive on building impactful relationships this role is for you.
