You will utilise your product knowledge to assist customers in achieving their financial goals both in-person and over the phone and referring them on to our specialised Banking teams when necessary. This is a rewarding role which will see your dedication and expertise empower customers to make the most of their money, each and every day!This is a part-time, branch-based role and the hours are 9am 3pm Monday, Tuesday and Thursday and 9am 5.30pm Fridays.What do I need?Customer service and sales experience,ideally in a customer-facing / phone-based role withexperience of working to targetsResilience, with an ability to remain calm and composed whilst managing challenging situationsComfortable in working towards sales / referral targets and calling customers over the phoneNumerical capability, ideally with proficiency in cash handling and counting, with ability to complete financial transactions with accuracyAn energetic personality coupled with a genuine passion for helping people!The will to learn and adapt to new banking procedures and technologiesNo banking experience? No problem. Your vibrant personality, eagerness to learn and commitment to delivering an exceptional customer service are key to excel in this role.
