About the Role This role is both people-focused and strategically important. Youll be responsible for the overall management and success of the service, ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality care while also leading staff, managing resources, and driving operational performance. Key responsibilities include: Leading and inspiring a committed care and support team. Driving a culture of respect, compassion, and continuous improvement. Overseeing care governance, resident experience, and compliance with aged care standards. Support strategic workforce planning and recruitment to ensure the right people are in the right roles at the right time. Provide effective HR leadership across performance management, employee engagement, and workplace relations to foster a positive and compliant work environment. Managing financial performance and ensuring operational efficiency. Building strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and the wider community. To be successful in this role, youll bring: A minimum 3 years management experience in residential aged care. A proven ability to balance care, compliance, and commercial outcomes. Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to support, develop, and inspire your team. Excellent communication, problemsolving, and organisational skills. Strong understanding of the new Strengthened Aged Care Standards. A genuine passion for personcentred aged care. Checks and Registrations: Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain). Current AHPRA Registration. Full working rights in Australia. Tertiary qualifications in Business Management, Human Resources, or a related discipline will be highly regarded. What We Offer: Competitive Base Salary + 12% Superannuation + 17.5% Leave Loading.
