Bidfood Morwell is looking for a reliable and energetic individual to join our team as a Casual Delivery Driver/ Storeperson at our warehouse. This role has the potential to lead to part time or full time work. If you enjoy handson work, value consistency and variety in your day, and take pride in being part of a wellrun operation, this could be the role for you. This role also suits someone who works well in a fastpaced environment, stays focused under pressure and is comfortable operating in freezer, chiller and dry store areas. With wellmaintained vehicles, a supportive team and a laidback yet professional environment, youll be part of a foodservice network that helps keep cafs, kitchens and venues stocked and running smoothly. Youll build strong relationships with customers and become a trusted part of their day delivering not just products, but reliability and great service. About the role On a typical day, youll be picking and assembling customer orders, loading trucks, managing inbound stock and, delivering orders safely and efficiently while representing Bidfood out in the field. The role will also require you: Pick and assemble goods accurately Load trucks efficiently and safely Unloading stock and placing items in customer locations Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and condition Upholding food safety and hygiene practices Receive, put away and rotate stock Maintain tidy and accurate bin locations Work overtime when required to meet demand About you Were looking for someone who enjoys the physical side of work, can be relied on to show up and work hard and takes pride in doing a job properly. Skills and experience To thrive in this role, youll bring a solid work ethic, physical readiness and a willingness to work across different environments as part of a reliable team.
