Role Overview The Technical Lead provides clear technical leadership within a delivery team, setting architectural direction and elevating engineering standards. The role is responsible for leading technical decisions, providing solution oversight and uplifting engineering capability to ensure scalable, secure and highquality solutions are delivered in line with product and business outcomes. As a core member of the technology leadership team, the Technical Lead brings clear internal ownership of technical standards, reduces ambiguity and strengthens team capability through coaching and handson leadership. Responsibilities Lead technical design and architectural decisions within the teams domain. Ensure solutions align with enterprise standards for scalability, performance and security. Provide highlevel solution architecture for team applications and integrations. Uplift engineering capability through mentoring, peer review and technical coaching. Partner with Product and Engineering Team Leads to ensure technical feasibility and delivery clarity. Identify technical risks, dependencies and constraints. Contribute to crossteam technical alignment and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Strong software engineering foundation and experience designing Cloud SaaS solutions. Demonstrated experience leading technical design within agile delivery teams. Deep understanding of system design, APIs, integrations and modern engineering practices (CI/CD, DevOps). Site Reliability Engineering (SLOs, SLIs, Error Budgets). Ability to balance architectural integrity with pragmatic delivery. High integrity, collaborative, low ego and outcomefocused. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
