Why this role is for you Attractive package including car allowance, salary continuance insurance and uncapped commission Global leader in medical technology Experienced, supportive manager with a strong people focus High-performance culture that rewards results and drives success What you will be doing Selling a portfolio of capital equipment and consumables within the hospital operating theatre environment across Vic West, Ballarat and Tasmania Working closely with NUMs, theatre technicians and nursing staff to coordinate in-theatre trials and evaluations Building strong commercial relationships with key hospital stakeholders including theatre teams, product committees, procurement and C-suite executives Achieving quarterly and annual sales targets, driving growth and expanding market share across existing and new accounts Developing deep product expertise and providing handson support in both the field and theatre environment Skills & Experience may include Strong territory and key account management capability Tertiary qualifications in science or allied health preferred Previous medical device and/or theatre sales experience Pharmaceutical sales experience considered Excellent organisation and time management skills Confident negotiation and commercial acumen Understanding of hospital sales processes and procurement pathways Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to adapt quickly and learn technical products Demonstrated history of high performance and measurable results A proactive, driven mindset with a genuine hunger to win and grow the business How to Apply Click Apply Now to submit your application.
