Get ready for an exciting season at Mt Baw Baw as a Food & Beverage Attendant! We are looking for versatile staff who know how to provide exceptional service, can brew a good coffee, take food orders and complete general food prep and service. Nestled only 2.5 hours from the heart of Melbourne, Mt Baw Baw is Melbournes closest downhill ski, snowboard, toboggan and snow play resort make tracks this winter for a unique employment opportunity. Key responsibilities include: Preparation, serving, presentation, and delivery of food and refreshments in accordance with the Food Safety Program (FSP) Make and serve beverages, in a timely fashion including but not limited to tea and coffee, juices and soft drinks Provide high-quality customer service when taking food and beverage orders from guests via the POS system, processing EFTPOS transactions efficiently Serve customers at the bistro bain-maries, with the readymade hot and cold food options Clearly convey orders and communicate with the kitchen staff and other team members Skills, experience and qualifications: Food handling certificate Prior experience in a frontofhouse customer service role or food and beverage role Prior experience in customer service, tourism or visitor information desirable Exceptional communication skills Reliable, hardworking and a team player Need more details?
