We are looking for versatile staff who know how to provide exceptional service, can brew a good coffee, take food orders and complete general food prep and service. Key responsibilities include: Preparation, serving, presentation, and delivery of food and refreshments in accordance with the Food Safety Program (FSP) Make and serve beverages, in a timely fashion including but not limited to tea and coffee, juices and soft drinks Provide high-quality customer service when taking food and beverage orders from guests via the POS system, processing EFTPOS transactions efficiently Serve customers at the bistro bain-maries, with the readymade hot and cold food options Clearly convey orders and communicate with the kitchen staff and other team members Skills, experience and qualifications: Food handling certificate Prior experience in a frontofhouse customer service role or food and beverage role Prior experience in customer service, tourism or visitor information desirable Exceptional communication skills Reliable, hardworking and a team player Need more details?
