We are hiring: Assistant Store Manager Sales & Service Assistant Store Manager Operations Assistant Store Manager Visual All Assistant Store Manager roles are critical members of the store leadership team, partnering closely with the Store Manager to bring ALOs business strategy, premium guest experience, operational and visual excellence to life. Assistant Store Manager Sales & Service This leader owns the guest experience and commercial performance of the store. Your focus is guest connection, sales growth, talent elevation and commercial results. You will: Drive sales performance and identify opportunities through data and floor observation Lead, coach and develop a highperforming Sales & Service team Elevate client relationships and community connection Ensure optimal sales floor coverage and workforce planning Partner with the Store Manager on business strategy and execution Assistant Store Manager Visual This leader brings ALO''s visual and product strategy to life instore. Your focus is product storytelling, visual impact, operational efficiency, and ensuring the store is customerready at all times. You will: Drive visual performance using reporting and floor insights Plan and execute visual floor sets that meet brand standards and business needs Lead product presentation through strong recovery, restock, and merchandising Coach and develop a highperforming Visual team that embodies ALO''s mission Partner with the Store Manager on business metrics, planning, and future workflow needs Protect visual integrity while supporting crossfunctional store priorities Assistant Store Manager Operations This leader ensures ALOs operational strategy delivers a seamless, efficient, and customerready store. Your focus is inventory accuracy, labor planning, operational processes, and enabling a highperforming team. You will: Lead all key operational processes to maintain a safe, efficient store environment Drive inventory accuracy through analysis, rootcause investigation, and strong product flow Build and coach a highperforming Operations team aligned to Alos mission Manage labor planning and scheduling to support business strategy and payroll targets Partner with the General Manager on budgets, reporting, and operational planning Execute Flow Experience priorities while balancing business needs and brand culture Experience Required (both positions) 35 years of retail leadership experience (flagship or highvolume preferred) Experience within a luxury or premium retail environment is preferred Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written Strong commercial acumen and comfort working with business metrics Proven ability to lead through accountability and continuous coaching Agile with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment Entrepreneurial mindset with high personal accountability Aligns with and embodies ALOs Guiding Principles This is not just a store opening; it is the foundation of ALOs continued growth in Australia.
