The Opportunity We are inviting expressions of interest from dedicated General Practitioners to join our growing team, delivering highquality medical care to residents within Residential Aged Care Homes across Nelson Bay and surrounding regions. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to practise relationshipbased medicine within a structured and wellsupported model of care. As a GP with Access Aged Care, you will work as part of a coordinated multidisciplinary teamincluding experienced nurses, telehealth geriatricians, physicians, and administrative staffdelivering comprehensive, patientcentred care within the Aged Care setting. Our model is designed to reduce administrative burden and provide clear clinical frameworks and escalation pathways, enabling you to focus on clinical care and meaningful patient engagement. Requirements Current AHPRA Specialist Registration as a General Practitioner. RACGP or ACRRM Fellowship required (or nearing completion). Availability of 1 day per week initially, with opportunity to increase. TechReady: Comfortable with systembased reporting and familiar with common clinical software.
