The position will be full-time. Responsibilities Work with Stakeholders to comprehend business requirements, concepts & data requirements. Ensure efficient functioning of core banking components, i.e., customer onboarding, account management, interest management, reporting, and access control. Identify and analyze banking channels, and ensure compliance with standard accessibility requirements for mobile banking, internet banking, APIs, and teller channels. Ensure & maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and guidelines. Support the day-to-day needs of core banking and channels by providing data analysis, project deliverables, risk management, and operational needs to achieve strategic objectives. Develop an integrated support system for loan origination, servicing, secondary marketing, lending administration, and risk management. Design & develop API integration and Swagger specifications of API. Prepare in-depth cause and effect analyses on complex financial, operational, and risks Anchor requirement workshops, brainstorming, discovery, and training sessions. Plan and Monitor requirement elicitation, analysis, and documentation process. Ensure the effective use of Agile techniques, ideally within the core banking and channels domain. Responsible for the Business integration requirements, clearly with the Scrum team and external stakeholders. Ensure continuous and healthy Interaction with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts. Provide effective training on user acceptance testing. Requirements and Skills Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Science, Technology, Computer Applications, or Engineering(any) with at least five years of experience in the job or related occupation. Strong banking domain experience with at least 10 years of work experience. Expertise in API Exchange, integration, and Open Banking standards Expertise in New payment platforms and Real-time payment solutions. Expertise in B-Pay, RTGS, and Direct entry Experience in File transfer and delivery solutions to ingest data from legacy core banking solutions to cloud-based new payment platforms. Expertise in domain-driven design models and event storming sessions Handson experience orchestrating data files through cloud-based solutions, including Azure and AWS. Data Analysis & strong banking domain experience to define insight-driven BI models. Highly selfmotivated, selfdirected, and detailoriented Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks. Expertise in Agile twin delivery approach and experienceled product engineering methodologies.
