Who you are We are seeking an energetic, passionate, and innovative sales professional with strong clinical foundations and a passion to make a difference, and the drive to achieve it. We measure ourselves on the development and maintenance of longterm relationships which leads to ambitious growth and exceeding sales targets. In this role, you will be representing Coloplasts Bowel Care portfolio, cultivating strong partnerships with decision makers and healthcare professionals across your territory. Your responsibilities Promote and increase knowledge and usage of Bowel Care products and solutions in hospitals and community care Manage, develop and grow new and existing customer accounts, including key accounts Build loyal relationships with customers at all levels specialists, nurses, doctors, procurement and key opinion leaders Educate end users and health professionals on Bowel Care products via phone or inperson sessions Maintain awareness of all sales opportunities, competitor activity and performance plan Meet KPIs regarding activity and objectives Attend exhibitions and conferences as required To be successful Relevant nursing qualifications and current, valid AHPRA registration Clinical nursing experience, preferably in relevant specialty (e.g., Bowel & colorectal) Strong drive, ambition and flexible approach to the role Tenacity, passion and hunger for growth and results Great business acumen and the focus, determination and drive to achieve targets Clear and confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels A team player Our core business values Closeness to better understand Passion to make a difference Respect & Responsibility to guide us If you feel you have what we are looking for and share our values, then we would love to hear from you!
