Our client, a leading sheet metal manufacturer based in Bells Creek, is looking for an experienced Internal Sales person to join their exciting and dynamic team! What will you do? Answer customer queries through phone calls and emails. Monitor email inbox and sort emails efficiently Process orders from multiple channels (phone, email, website) Use SAP to input orders, find products and check stock availability Manage customer back orders upon receipt of stock Understand the product range and provide customers with recommendations Work closely with warehouse, production and sales staff to provide customers accurate information for order ETAs. Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent service. What do you need? SAP experience or familiarity with similar software is desirable Experience in a similar Internal Sales role within the manufacturing sphere is preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a drive to acquire new skills and understand business functions Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Excellent communication skills Good experience with MS office and good data entry skills Australian citizenship or permanent residency required to be considered for this role Whats on offer?This is a great opportunity to be a part of the Internal Sales team for a massive name in the manufacturing industry!
