You will have one direct report of a Sales Assistant who will assist you with the sales volume and with administrative and CRM tasks, meeting and greeting buyers and calls.You will diligently follow up on the highly qualified leads presented to you, meet with potential buyers, guide them through the sales process, negotiate and close a sale. Your role will also involve weekly/monthly reporting and maintaining the CRM.About YouIdeally, you are a Sales Consultant with experience in New Homes, Medium Density, Retirement Living or Apartments.
