All while delivering a refined and considered shopping experience.As we continue to scale, were investing heavily in content that doesnt just look beautiful - it performs.ROLE OVERVIEWWe are seeking a Content & Social Marketing leader to drive the creation of high-performing video and social content for our eCommerce fashion brand.This is a hands-on, in-house role responsible for strategy, filming, editing, and producing compelling short-form content for organic social - with a strong focus on creative that also fuels paid campaigns.Sitting at the intersection of creative production, social media, and performance marketing, you will work closely with our external paid media agency to deliver scroll-stopping content that drives brand awareness, traffic, and conversion.If you love fashion, live on social, and get excited by both aesthetics and analytics, this role is for you.WHAT YOULL DOContent Creation (Primary Focus)Film and edit short-form video optimised for Instagram, TikTok & FacebookLead BTS and product-focused content at in-house and on-location shootsProduce on-brand assets including styling content, product features, UGC-style ads, trend-led formats, and campaign creativeOwn the end-to-end content process, from ideation, planning and filming through to editing and final deliveryEnsure all creative aligns with brand aesthetic while remaining performance-focused and conversion-awarePaid Marketing Content SupportCreate high-performing assets specifically designed for paid social campaigns on Meta, Tiktok & PinterestCollaborate closely with our external paid media agency to align creative with campaign objectivesIterate and optimise content based on performance insights and testing resultsMaintain a well-organised library of paid and organic creative assetsOrganic Social MediaManage day-to-day organic social publishingStay across trends and translate them into relevant, on-brand contentIS THIS YOUProven experience (preferably 2-3 years in a similar Fashion/eCommerce role)Strong understanding of performance-driven creative and what works in paid socialComfortable in front and behind the cameraProficient in CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar toolsHighly organised, self-sufficient, and able to create efficiently at paceConstantly ahead of the game and tapped into all social platforms and emerging social trendsTHE DETAILSFull-time or part-time in-house role (depending on experience)Based at our MMB HQ in Somerville, Victoria (onsite parking)Work closely with marketing, design, and creative teamsFast-paced eCommerce environment with room to test, learn, and growDirect impact on brand growth through content and performanceCompetitive salary based on experienceOnsite pilates studioHOW TO APPLYThink this sounds like you?
