What You Will be Doing First point of contact for pet owners when they enter the clinic Provide a supportive, professional and calm environment for our clients Communicating with the vet team Handling phone calls and appointment scheduling Processing payments, data entry and additional ad hoc duties. What We Are Looking For An experienced Receptionist, either medical or clinical, with knowledge of the Veterinary Industry an advantage A desire to offer the best standards of care for patients while showing empathy and support for clients in all aspects of their pets care Strong verbal and written communication skills Exceptional time management and organisational ability, Experience triaging urgent situations over the phone to determine the best course of action. The ability to foster a calm and efficient environment within our workplace.
