Wool and Thimble School of Early Learning is seeking a proactive, handson allrounder to support our leadership team across three centres. This role sits under the Group General Manager and our Brand & Events Manager / Assistant to the GGM, providing practical support to ensure our services run smoothly and consistently. Key Responsibilities Coordinate staff training, onboarding and capability uplift (from basics to higher-level development) Assist recruitment: job ads, screening, phone interviews, reference checks and record keeping Conduct high-level compliance and quality checks (CCS, parent statements, audit readiness, safety, presentation) Provide on-the-spot coaching and feedback to maintain high standards Support operational projects and centre refreshes (furniture, set-up, disposal, supplier coordination) About You Strong early childhood experience with leadership capability Highly organised with excellent follow-through Confident communicator who can coach and support staff respectfully Strong understanding of compliance, supervision and service standards Flexible, teamfocused, and comfortable working across multiple sites Practical, solutionsfocused and enjoys variety Application Questions Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
