From stocking snacks to scheduling interviews, booking travel to planning unforgettable Honey Huddles, youre the goto honey for making the daytoday feel seamless, stylish, and special. Organisation is your thing, and youve got an eye for the little details that make a big difference. Reporting to the Director of People Operations, youll support across People Ops and office life from onboarding new starters to keeping our space polished and our culture thriving. Your mission? To create a work environment thats buzzing with energy, efficiency, and fun. This is an 8month maxterm, parttime opportunity, which offers great flexibility and would particularly suit someone returning to work or seeking flexibility. A day in the life of our People & Office Experience Coordinator Start the day with a kitchen check, grocery order, and a quick reset of the boardroom - the vibe is everything. Post a job ad for a new retail superstar, then dive into reviewing applications with a sharp eye for talent. Jump on a phone screen with a potential Honey, then lock in interviews for HQ & Retail roles. Prep onboarding packs and personalised induction schedules to roll out the red carpet for new starters. Update the org chart and make sure every team movement is reflected clearly and cleanly. Check in on the shared HR inbox - responding to queries, tracking actions, and keeping things flowing. Coordinate milestone gifts and manage product allowances with the perfect HB touch. Book travel and accommodation for team trips, ensuring every detail is luxe but logical. Distribute mail, wrangle couriers, and keep the office stocked, sparkling, and running like a dream. Wrap the day with an exit interview for a HQ leaver - closing the loop with care, professionalism, and heart.
