The Role: A Dynamic Weekly Balance We believe leadership works best when it is structured and supported. Your week is designed to give you the time you need to lead effectively: Monday Thursday: A perfect split of 15 hours as Educational Leader (off-floor pedagogical planning and mentoring) and 15 hours supporting on the floor (modeling best practices and building relationships). Friday: 2IC Leadership Day. You will take the lead and manage the service in the absence of the Centre Director, giving you full operational autonomy. Our experienced Centre Manager/EL will provide dedicated coaching and one-on-one mentorship to help you master the role. Collaborative Team: Work alongside a highly supportive team, including two dedicated Early Childhood Teachers (ECTs). Youll have high-level peers to brainstorm and innovate with every day. Compliance: Valid WA WWCC, National Police Clearance, and current First Aid/Asthma/Anaphylaxis training.
