Our Client Our client is a well-established Australian financial services organisation with a long-standing reputation for professionalism, compliance excellence and strong client partnerships. Operating in a regulated environment, the business places significant importance on governance, information security and operational quality. They continue to invest in their internal systems, people and compliance frameworks to ensure the organisation maintains the highest standards across the business. The Role Working closely with the Chief Financial Officer and the broader senior leadership team, this role will oversee the organisations Integrated Management System (IMS) incorporating quality management, information security and broader compliance frameworks. Key responsibilities will include but will not be restricted to: Maintaining and improving the organisations Integrated Management System (IMS) across quality and information security Ensuring ongoing compliance with ISO9001:2015 and ISO27001:2022 standards Coordinating internal audit programs and supporting external certification audits Monitoring system performance and reporting compliance outcomes to senior leadership Identifying risks, vulnerabilities and improvement opportunities within operational processes Developing and delivering quality and compliance training across the business Supporting information security controls including data protection and incident management Managing documentation, audit records and policy updates within the IMS framework Partnering with stakeholders across the organisation to embed strong governance and compliance practices Provide HR support for developing of our people and dealing with complaints Helping to run the annual employee experience survey, developing insights and recommendations Overseeing our corporate social responsibility program with Carbon Neutral, Reconciliation Action Plan with Indigenous Australia and other initiatives The Successful Candidate You will be an experienced Quality Assurance, Compliance or Governance professional with a strong background managing quality frameworks, audit programs and compliance systems within regulated environments. You bring a structured, detail-oriented approach and enjoy working across the business to improve processes, manage risk and maintain strong governance standards. The following skills will be looked upon favourably: Experience managing quality management or compliance frameworks Strong knowledge of ISO9001 and/or ISO27001 standards Background coordinating internal and external audit processes Experience implementing or maintaining Integrated Management Systems (IMS) Strong stakeholder engagement and communication capability Experience delivering compliance or systems training across teams Exposure to financial services or regulated environments highly regarded Please apply immediately or contact Cameron Walker on 0421 901 301 for additional information. #J-18808-Ljbffr
