About The Role Lifecare is seeking a Client Services Officer to join our dedicated Homecare team and positively contribute to the exceptional care of our patients. This is a fulltime role supporting our Allied Health team in Belmont. Key Responsibilities In this role you will provide responsive and efficient clerical services to our team members, stakeholders and the general public, including telephone and email communication enquiries. You will set up new patient records into our database, schedule appointments for patients, assign practitioners to patients, maintain appropriate storage of patient records and participate in team meetings. This position is Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. No weekends. You will receive full onthejob training. The office is accessible by public transport and offers free onsite parking.
