Resourceful Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Structural Engineer to step into a key technical role supporting a busy and expanding engineering team based north of Brisbane. With a strong pipeline of structural and condition-assessment work, this role offers genuine ownership, professional growth and the chance to help shape an evolving structural function. You will be the senior structural lead supporting a mix of design, assessment and upgrade works across infrastructure assets. With increasing project demand, particularly in roof replacement design and structural assessments, the organisation is looking to strengthen internal capability and provide mentoring support for junior engineers progressing toward RPEQ. Key Responsibilities Lead structural engineering design and analysis across roof replacement projects, steel and aluminium structures, and asset upgrades Undertake structural checks, wind loading assessments and compliance reviews Support and guide junior engineers through the RPEQ pathway Conduct structural condition assessments, including concrete durability and integrity reviews Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure technical accuracy, safety and quality Contribute technical expertise to tenders and upcoming project opportunities About You Minimum 5 years of structural engineering experience RPEQ (required) or the ability to obtain it immediately Strong capability in roof design, wind loading and structural verification Experience in condition assessments and applying AS3600 / AS4100 or related standards Experience providing mentorship and lifting capability within a growing engineering unit Senior technical position with freedom to build and shape the structural capability Flexible working arrangements - WFH flexibility Stable pipeline of structural, upgrade and assessment projects If you are interested, please click ''Apply'' or for a confidential conversation contact [email protected] #J-18808-Ljbffr
