The Role This role is ideal for someone with 7+ years'' experience and strong multi-jurisdictional experience (at least TWO of the following jurisdictions: NSW, VIC, QLD, TAS or WA), ready for a leadership position alongside the Founder. What We''re Looking For Minimum 6PQE+ years of experience in residential conveyancing Experience in commercial property and other areas of property law is a bonus Leadership qualities and a willingness to work alongside the Founder to grow and maintain the practice Strong technical expertise in various jurisdictions (NSW is highly preferred, VIC, QLD, WA or TAS) Ability to manage files from contract to settlement independently Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills Commitment to quality over volume - we care about excellence, not just output Commercial mindset with a proactive, solutions-focused approach Confident using PEXA and Smokeball, TriConvey or similar systems Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Strong cultural fit - collaborative, positive, and accountable What You''ll Get Competitive salary + super + commission (unparalleled!)
