TechnologyOne is focused on reshaping how enterprise software is designed and delivered. As a Principal Architect within the Enterprise Architecture and Governance team, you''ll help bring the CTO''s strategic vision to life by leading key initiatives. You''ll be at the forefront of driving change and guiding transformation efforts, ensuring delivery teams stay aligned with business goals. Operating at the enterprise and strategic level, your work will play a key role in connecting strategic priorities to technical outcomes, supporting innovation, and driving scalable growth. What you''ll be doing Create strategies, architectures, and designs for future product features and capabilities. Create and maintain an appropriate level of architectural documentation for the systems we own and operate. Conduct health assessments and report results. Define integration and data patterns to support analytics, AI enablement, and integration with external data sets and systems. Create and lead the delivery of actionable roadmaps to support product planning and delivery Communicate architectures and strategies via different media to all levels in the organisation, and to external partners and customers. Evaluate and select enabling technologies. Collaborate across teams to ensure architecture supports and enables business outcomes Take a handson role in Proof of Concept (POC) work, mentoring, and innovationdriven design Support the ongoing development of the architecture practice at TechnologyOne Deep experience in enterprise software development and architecture for SaaS solutions Versatility and skills to address a wide range of different topics and technologies Strong conceptual thinking, commercial acumen, and problemsolving ability Proven ability to architect, engineer & deliver large projects in an enterprise software environment Ability to define and lead enterprise architecture initiatives, including direct leadership and mentoring Strong technical knowledge of cloud and hybrid environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) Ability to engage with external service providers in commercially astute ways Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to clearly present complex ideas to technical and nontechnical audiences Understanding of nonfunctional requirements including security, scalability, and performance TechnologyOne experience and experience in any of our key vertical markets would be advantageous Attractive remuneration package with competitive benefits.
