The Adelaide team works across a diverse pipeline of projects spanning commercial developments, residential projects, health, education and infrastructure. Adelaide CBD office location Join a globally respected cost consultancy with a strong reputation in Australia Work on a mix of commercial, residential, health and infrastructure projects Learn from experienced senior surveyors and industry leaders Strong pipeline of projects with repeat clients and long-term relationships Salary of $90K - $100K + Super Clear pathway for career development within a global consultancy What Youll Be Doing Supporting cost planning and estimating across property and construction projects Assisting with feasibility studies and early stage cost advice Preparing tender documentation and procurement support Contributing to cost reporting and project financial monitoring Assisting with variation assessment and cost control during construction Supporting project teams with commercial and cost management advice Working with clients, consultants and contractors throughout the project lifecycle What Youll Need Qualifications: Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar Experience: 24+ years PQS or consultancy experience preferred Sector Exposure: Property, commercial, residential or infrastructure projects Communication: Ability to work with clients, consultants and project teams Technical Ability: Strong cost planning and reporting skills Mindset: Motivated, collaborative and keen to build a longterm consultancy career Lets Talk!
