Choose your stream (youll select one in the application form): 1) Management & Business Youll work on broad transformation and advisory engagements, combining structured problemsolving with pragmatic delivery. Typical responsibilities Delivering comprehensive business solutions by combining a strategic overview with a concise and pragmatic approach Performing data analysis and gathering insights to support client recommendations Bringing an innovative, problemsolving approach to client challenges Contributing to a fastgrowth company and helping Visagio continue to achieve the extraordinary Preferred background/skills Degree preferred in Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Commerce, Actuarial Science, Finance (or related) Strong communication skills and ability to engage diverse audiences Robust factbased approach to problemsolving; strong work ethic and adaptability Interest in data and learning new methodologies/tools (training provided) 2) Data, Simulation & AI Youll deliver datafocused projects and develop advanced analytics solutions spanning machine learning, GenAI, simulation and optimisation while helping clients make better decisions through strong data storytelling. Typical responsibilities Delivering business solutions with a strategic overview and a concise, datadriven approach Performing data analysis and generating insights for recommendations Developing and implementing advanced analytics models (ML, GenAI, simulation, optimisation and other datadriven solutions) Tackling data storytelling challenges with an innovative approach Preferred background/skills Degree preferred in Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Actuarial Science (or related) Proficiency (or strong interest) in tools such as Python, R, SQL, Power BI, mathematical modelling and machine learning Strong communication, structured thinking, and a factbased approach 3) Software Development Youll help design, develop, implement and maintain software solutions that meet client needs, working closely with stakeholders and contributing technical expertise across the software lifecycle. Typical responsibilities Development, improvement, documentation, testing, execution, installation, and maintenance of software applications Providing technical guidance for software design (including feasibility, recommendations for purchases/upgrades, and proposals) Consulting with stakeholders to evaluate system/program needs Creating operational procedures and enduser documentation Required/desired background Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline OR 3+ years of software development experience Excellent communication, strong analytical thinking, and strong learning capability What we look for across all streams We value people who combine: Strong work ethic, adaptability, and ownership Clear communication (written and verbal) and ability to work with diverse stakeholders Rigorous, factbased problem solving and curiosity for continuous learning An understanding of mining operations and practices is highly desirable but not required for some roles/projects. Recruitment process (single process for all streams) This application process consists of two phases: online test / video questions and interviews. Online test: GMATstyle critical reasoning and logical analysis, plus business case questions. (For Data/AI roles, code interpretation and quick coding may also be included.) Interviews: Successful applicants are interviewed (typically 50 minutes) by Visagio partners and consultants. Locations & eligibility Visagio is an international company with 20+ nationalities in the team, and we welcome applications from international professionals and students (subject to visa/work rights).
