Salary: $115,000 - $120,000 base + super As Head of College, CDU International College you will lead the delivery and continuous improvement of Foundation, Diploma and Masters Qualifying programs, ensuring outstanding student outcomes and a seamless transition into university study. This role sits at the intersection of academic leadership, operational management and strategic partnership with Charles Darwin University. Key responsibilities Provide strategic and operational leadership of CDU International College and its pathway programs Lead, develop and manage academic staff to ensure highquality teaching and student outcomes Build and maintain strong relationships with Charles Darwin University and key stakeholders Oversee academic delivery, student experience and program quality across all pathway programs Manage college operations including governance, reporting, timetabling, staffing and compliance Qualifications PhD in a relevant discipline or field (preferred) Masters degree in a relevant discipline or field (will be considered) Additional Information Why work with us Join a leading pathway provider as part of our topnotch faculty.
