Working both on new engagements and inflight projects you will provide guidance to the delivery teams, seek out new opportunities and assist the Sales team in analysing clients requirements and crafting solutions to address their desired business outcomes. 80% of your time will be spent on Project Delivery 10% of your time will be spent on Sales Support 10% of your time will be spent on IP Creation You will be involved with clients from both a technical and mentoring perspective, partnering with them to not only uplift their environment but to upskill them as well. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, support and empower the consulting team to do their jobs to the best of their ability without the need to rely on a hierarchy. Be able to build trusted relationships at all levels Design, implement, and maintain complex integration solutions across various systems and applications. Define integration strategy across various integration platforms, APIs and event-driven services. Lead and contribute to solution design discussions Lead or contribute to code reviews and technical design/specifications Provide architecture governance and solution assurance. Contribute to the enhancement of in-house delivery methodologies Contribute to the review and analysis of business requirements Perform technical assessments and sizing. Contribute to the delivery process by being part of client meetings, making presentations, and at times working as part of the tender response team. Create, maintain, and present technical documentation to different audiences at different levels of seniority and technical expertise Provide strategic technology guidance and keep in touch with current trends in latest methodologies, including delivering Lunch & Learn sessions. Mentoring junior developers and contribute to best practices, code reviews, and documentation. Minimum 5-7 years of handson experience with Boomi iPaaS and Azure Integration Services Strong knowledge of middleware, ETL, cloud and data integration concepts Strong understanding of API Management and Master Data Management A mindset for innovation and a passion for optimizing processes Experience in integrating with core enterprise software applications (both OnPrem and in the Cloud), including applications such as Netsuite, Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, Workday, TechnologyOne, Dayforce etc. Experience with business and technical requirement analysis, business process modeling/mapping, methodology development, and data mapping; Strong understanding of enterprise application integration patterns; Demonstrated ability to contribute and self-manage within a small team environment; Expertise in the assessment, architectural design, and implementation of integration patterns including Bulk Data, Real-Time, File Based, Cloud, and Event Processing; Expertise with B2B integration concepts, standards, architectures; and Knowledge of relational database design and data management techniques Why is this an exciting opportunity?
