Youll be an important part of a close-knit team and will play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly. Availability in June and July is a must. About the Role No two days will look the same in this role. It will suit someone who thrives on variety, enjoys being helpful, and can switch gears easily. A sense of humour will be looked upon very favourably. Due to the nature of the work, this is an office-based role. We are looking for someone who can start immediately. This position plays an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the office. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the business. Key Responsibilities General administration, including answering phone calls. Sales support, quoting, and invoicing. Providing professional and friendly customer service via phone and email Processing accounts payable including invoice entry, verification, and payment preparation Maintaining accurate financial and administrative records Assisting with data entry and maintaining internal systems Communicating with suppliers and customers regarding accounts and general enquiries Supporting the team with general office administration duties. Managing incoming calls, correspondence, and filing Assisting with scheduling and coordination of office activities as required Ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner About You Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, positive, and professional attitude Ability to work effectively in a small team environment Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Experience in accounts payable or general bookkeeping Experience using Xero is beneficial What We Offer Supportive and fun team environment Flexible hours when needed (e.g. start early or finish late).
