Lumia Care is seeking an experienced State Manager - Nursing Workforce to lead our South Australian operations based in Dulwich. This is a senior leadership role within our Nursing Workforce portfolio, responsible for overseeing state based allocations and bookings, managing key client relationships and driving operational performance and growth. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, Nursing Workforce, you will play a critical role in ensuring high quality workforce delivery, strong client partnerships and a high performing team culture aligned to Lumia Care values. Opportunity As State Manager, you will be accountable for the end to end performance of the nursing workforce within South Australia. Your key responsibilities will include: Leadership and Team PerformanceLeading and developing the state based allocations, bookings and recruitment teams.Driving a high performance culture aligned to Lumia Care values.Monitoring team performance, KPIs and service delivery standards.Coaching, mentoring and supporting team capability and development. Client Relationship ManagementManaging and strengthening key client relationships across the state.Ensuring service delivery meets contractual and operational expectations.Responding to client feedback and implementing service improvements.Representing Lumia Care professionally in all client interactions. Workforce and Compliance ExcellenceEnsuring high standards of end to end recruitment and bookings processes.Maintaining compliance across AHPRA, mandatory training and workforce requirements.Upholding Lumia Care standards in the recruitment and management of casual staff.Protecting and enhancing the Lumia Care brand. Business Development and GrowthIdentifying growth opportunities within the South Australian market.Supporting business development initiatives aligned to organisational strategy.Collaborating with internal stakeholders to support sustainable growth. Financial and Operational AccountabilityManaging operational performance in line with budgets and targets.Working closely with finance, payroll and people and culture teams.Ensuring operational efficiency across workforce supply and demand. About You You are a confident people leader with strong operational discipline and a client first mindset. You will bring: Demonstrated experience in a leadership role, ideally within healthcare or workforce services. Strong people management and performance leadership capability. Experience managing client relationships in a service driven environment. Solid understanding of workforce compliance and operational standards.
