Statutory Planner Permanent Full Time Band 5 $78,381.16 to $89,241.36 Salary range plus super. Band 6 $93,589 to $101,865 Salary range plus super. Our Values Authentic Communication Improvement Is Possible Collaborative Partnerships About The Role The Statutory Planner is a key role in the delivery of statutory planning for the efficient use and development of land within the municipality, in accordance with the Planning and Environment Act 1987, the Subdivision Act 1988, the Central Goldfields Planning Scheme and related legislation, regulations and Codes of Practice. As a key member of Council''s Statutory Planning team, this position is an integral part of the multi-disciplinary Statutory Services team that promotes sustainable natural and built environments. The role will deliver a range of activities, projects and processes associated with statutory planning.
