You will help shape practice, build a capable team and keep the unit running smoothly while staying close to patient care. Support NUM to lead nurses and daily unit flow Guide practice change and promote care consistency Allocate staff, manage rosters, leave and attendance Support recruitment, performance and staff growth Deliver direct mental health care and case work Build strong links with teams and partner services Drive quality work, policy input and improvement Step in for NUM as required About You You are a capable mental health nurse ready to support team leadership and deliver calm, high quality care in a busy clinical setting.
