Safety and quality are at the heart of everything we do. As the Quality Assurance Manager, youll play a key role in driving food safety and quality culture across the site. This is a standalone position where you will take full ownership of all qualityrelated activities, working in close partnership with the site team to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement. Reporting to the Regional Quality & Compliance Manager, youll lead the sites Quality Management System and embed a strong food safety culture. Purpose of the Role Own and manage all quality and food safety activities on site Partner with production teams daily to achieve compliance and operational excellence Oversee compliance with GFSI, HACCP, FSANZ and customer quality standards Conduct internal audits, manage certifications and close out non-conformances Lead investigations and implement corrective actions for food safety incidents Deliver training and coaching on food safety and quality standards Drive continuous improvement initiatives and GMP compliance About You The ideal candidate will have: Tertiary qualification in Food Science or equivalent Strong experience in food manufacturing and quality systems Knowledge of audit processes, HACCP, and QMS reporting Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills Proficiency in MS Office and strong attention to detail Why Join Us?
