Senior Clinical Research Associate (SCRA) Australia, (Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide) Location: Australia based with travel (Remote/Hybrid) Clinical Research | CRO | Pharmaceuticals Employment Type: Full-time Are you an experienced CRA with a strong background in oncology? We''re seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate (SCRA) to join our high-performing ANZ team. In this pivotal role, you''ll lead trial monitoring, mentor junior staff, and manage site operations all while delivering quality data and advancing oncology research across Australia. About the Role This is a fully remote position, with travel required as per project needs (e.g. for site visits, investigator meetings, or close-out activities). You will independently manage and monitor clinical sites, ensure compliance with ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements, and act as a lead CRA on select projects Support and coach less experienced CRAs and CTAs Represent HiRO ANZ in investigator and regulatory interactions Contribute across study start-up, monitoring, and close-out phases Key Responsibilities Full-site monitoring: selection, initiation, interim, and close-out visits Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, local regulations, and sponsor protocols Proactively manage investigator relationships and study timelines Mentor junior clinical team members Participate in team/project meetings and training Handle documentation, logistics, and on-site support What We''re Looking For Bachelor''s degree preferable or RN in life sciences, nursing, or a related field Extensive CRA experience in Australia or New Zealand Wide range of therapeutic experience preferable In-depth ICH-GCP knowledge and strong site management capability Proactive communicator with the ability to manage complex site issues Able to work autonomously with limited supervision Willingness to travel interstate as required and occasionally internationally Why Join Us?
