About the Role Lockheed Martin Australia is seeking a Senior Security Representative to support the protective security requirements of one of the nations most advanced Defence programs AIR6500, the Joint Air Battle Management System. In this role, youll provide expert guidance on protective security matters across the AIR6500 program and broader enterprise, working in alignment with the Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF), Defence Security Principles Framework (DSPF) and Information Security Manual (ISM). Youll support compliance, risk management and secure program delivery in a hightrust environment, liaising closely with the Commonwealth of Australia, program leaders and enterprise stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Support the development, administration and auditing of protective security programmes. Advising senior stakeholders on changes affecting accreditation and authorisation boundaries. Coordinating with the Security Manager, Chief Security Officer and Program Managers to support enterprisealigned security strategies. Supporting security plans and risk mitigations in line with DISP and programme requirements. Assisting with incident management, contract security compliance and international agreements related to people, assets and information. Promoting a strong and proactive security culture across programmes and teams. About You You bring sound experience in protective security, ideally within Defence or a highly regulated environment, with: Familiarity with DISP, PSPF/DSPF, ISM and securityrelated compliance frameworks. Experience working with Security Classification Categorisation Guides (SCCG). Exposure to classified environments and facility accreditation under SCEC standards. Ability to navigate security obligations across internal and external stakeholders. Strong communication skills and a collaborative, businessminded approach to security challenges. Highly Desirable Skills Experience working with Special Access Programs (SAP) Understanding and experience in US International Trafficking in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Australian Export/Import rules and French Export/Import rules COMSEC awareness and ASDapproved cryptographic training Cyber security or information security qualifications/training (desirable) Cyber Security While not required, experience in cyber security will be highly regarded and may include: Supporting cybersecurity risk assessments and incident response activities. Assisting in the implementation of ISMcompliant procedures and improvement plans. Collaborating on integration of cybersecurity requirements into programme planning.
