Job Description Our 24month Graduate Development Programme (GDP) gives you the foundation to become a wellrounded consultant and launch a successful career. From day one, youll immerse yourself in Turner & Townsend building networks, learning how our business works, and gaining real industry experience. Your structured development plan will introduce you to the technical and commercial skills needed to grow, supported by your peers and manager. Learning goes beyond onthejob experience. Youll receive a mix of technical and behavioural training delivered by both experienced professionals and peers, helping you build confidence and capability. We also support professional qualifications through leading industry bodies. As part of our Project Management, Cost Management or Project Controls teams, youll help deliver major programmes that create positive impact across communities and industries. Youll gain experience across sectors such as infrastructure, aviation, rail, utilities, energy and defence. Youll be involved in: Managing project delivery and client commitments Preparing project documentation and schedules Supporting procurement, risk, change and governance processes Working across the full project lifecycle Youll also have opportunities to pursue qualifications with APMincluding PMQ, PPQ and eventually ChPPand, depending on your role, RICS accreditation.
