Key Account Executive - Petrol and Convenience Join The Great Australian Food Company | Bega Group Due to an internal promotion, Bega Group is seeking an experienced Key Account Executive to join our Perth team. This is perfect for a KAE who understands the fastpaced FMCG landscape and excels at building strong, commercially focused customer relationships that drive distribution, retention and category growth. Youll bring a strong, proven sales track record and solid customerfacing experience. Youll confidently manage and grow our statebased Petrol & Convenience accounts by planning and executing strategies that protect existing business while unlocking new opportunities. You will also identify and secure new business by understanding customer goals and partnering with them to achieve shared success. Responsibilities Lead and grow a major P&C MSO portfolio Drive strategic customer engagement through regular monthly meetings and quarterly business reviews Build and execute joint business plans, including NPD acceptance, target setting and promotional planning Negotiate commercial terms and deliver financial outcomes, ensuring volume, NSR, margin and trade spend targets are achieved Identify risks and opportunities, championing state-level strategies, sales drives and crossfunctional projects to accelerate results About you Brings a strong entrepreneurial mindset, with the drive to build networks and win new business Thrives in a fastpaced environmentsolutionfocused, resilient, selfmotivated and confident working autonomously Excels in negotiation, influencing outcomes that deliver value for both the customer and the business Communicates with impact, confidently presenting results, plans and new products to customers Transforms insights into opportunity, using commercial acumen and data to create compelling, customerfocused solutions Bega Group Story Bega Group is home to many trusted and iconic food and beverage brands.
