Kinetic ITs traineeship will see you learn the fundamentals of IT through completing a Certificate III in Information Technology, complemented with on-the-job work experience with our amazing teams! The Role You will receive training and guidance to deliver customer support over the phone, assisting with IT troubleshooting and playing a key part in delivering the high standard of customer service Kinetic IT is known for. Key details Start: Mid-March 2026 Education: In-house learning via Integrity Business College (Certificate III in Information Technology) Work location: Boorloo/Perth or Walyalup/Fremantle based offices. Mentoring: A dedicated Indigenous Mentoring Program to support you throughout your traineeship journey and beyond.
